How to Sign Your Complying Written Arrangement (CWA)
A quick step in OWNA before CCS can be paid.
What is a CWA?
A Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) is the agreement between your family and First5Years that confirms your child's care arrangement, including their booked days and fees.
You need to agree to your CWA before Child Care Subsidy can be applied to your care.
Before you start
Make sure you have downloaded the OWNA app and logged into your family account.
How to sign your CWA in OWNA
- Open OWNA and select the Family/Account menu.
- Open your child's Profile and select the child whose CWA you need to sign.
- Open the Child Menu, the circle with the three dots.
- Choose Sign CWA.
- Review the details, sign your name and select Submit.
That's it
Once submitted, your CWA is recorded in OWNA.
