How to Confirm Your First5Years Enrolment
One final step before CCS can be applied.
Once First5Years has submitted your child's enrolment to Centrelink, you need to confirm the enrolment details in your Centrelink account.
CCS can only be paid once your CCS claim is approved and your child's enrolment has been confirmed.
Sign in to myGov
Sign in to myGov and open Centrelink.
Look for a task called:
Confirm CCS Enrolment
Select the task and follow the prompts.
Can't see the task?
In Centrelink, go to:
My family → Child care → Enrolments
- Find your child's First5Years enrolment and select View details.
- If the status shows Pending Confirmation, select Confirm.
Check the details
Make sure the enrolment details match the care arrangement you have agreed with First5Years.
If everything is correct, follow the prompts and submit your confirmation.
You're done
Once completed, your enrolment status should show:
Confirmed
CCS can then be applied to your eligible childcare fees once your CCS claim has also been approved.
