The opportunity
This is an expression of interest for Educators and Early Childhood Teachers who would like to be part of First5Years Gladstone, opening early 2027, subject to Department of Education service approval.
What you’ll be doing
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children’s learning, wellbeing and development every day
- Contribute to thoughtful, Reggio Emilia-inspired learning environments
What we’re looking for
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A relevant early childhood qualification, or working towards one
- A warm, professional and collaborative approach
- A current Queensland Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
